The R'pids scored a single run in the 7th from Scott Colton's hit, two stolen bases and a sac fly by Anthony Melchionda. The Rapids staked themselves to an early 4 run lead, but let Covington stay in the game with 15 men left on base. Twice did the Rapids have the bases loaded with no outs, and scored only one run. The bullpen gave the lead back to the 'Jacks in the eighth inning, and the Rapids fall 8-6. Rockbridge Win First At Home, 13-11 vs. Winchester
